The contact brush transmission high current annealing equipment mainly consists of adjustable transformer, brush, electrode wheel, coolant, receiving and releasing line device, etc.
It is the use of monofilament current will heat this principle to achieve annealing.
The main advantages of the equipment: relatively energy saving, can realize on-line continuous annealing, and the annealing cycle is short, can realize the annealing speed automatic tracking (can automatically adjust the annealing voltage or current according to the wire speed, so that the degree of annealing is consistent).
Disadvantages: due to the transmission of current by the brush, the resistance of the rotation of the electrode wheel is large (cost energy), wire and electrode wheel sometimes produce sparks, affecting the surface quality of the wire.
