A: This series of machines are equipped with continuous annealing machine / annealer, generally composed of payoff stand, main machine, annealing control panel, steam generator, trolley for loading & unloading the bobbins.
Q: What’s the difference between 22DTA and 24DTA Fine copper wire drawing machine?
A: The structure is similar, while the differences mainly lie in the max. drawing times and mechanical reduction ratio, max. drawing times on 22DTA for fine copper wire drawing, reduction ratio is 15%+8%, while 24DTA fine copper wire drawing machine can draw 24 times max., its reduction ratio is 13%+8%, so that output wire ranges of two machines are different.
Q: What payment term do you accept?
A: Usually two options: T/T and L/C.
T/T: 30% upon confirming order as down payment, 70% before delivery.
L/C: 100% sight L/C.

Packaging details: Steel pallet.
Delivery Time: within 50 working days after confirming the order of the wire drawing machine.
