Machine Features:
1. Fully immersing lubricant system, transmission by timing belts, constant tension, low noise, high efficiency.
2. Capstan made by special tool steel.
3. PLC control, dual motor, dual inverter, color touchscreen.
4. Special alignment device at final die position, keep wire verticality and quality, which is good for next process.
5. Stepping motor traverse, pitch adjustable, smooth traversing.
6. Protection device for wire disorder; machine auto stops if mother wire breaks or is disordered.

Q： How you can guarantee your machine quality?
A： We have strict pre-inspection and final inspection regulations, parts are purchased from famous and reliable suppliers only, each machine before dispatching must be tested with raw material to ensure the machine without any problem. Acceptance inspection by the client in our plant before dispatching is also welcome. We provide 12 months warranty period for both mechanical and electrical parts.
Q： What payment term do you accept?
A： Usually two options: T/T and L/C.
T/T: 30% upon confirming order as down payment, 70% before delivery.
L/C: 100% sight L/C.
Packing & Delivery
Packaging details: wooden box, PE film, wooden/steel pallet.
Delivery Time: within 30 working days after confirming the order of the stainless steel wire drawing machine.
