This wire drawing machine is absorbed the international advanced level of high-speed copper wire drawing machine technology. The machine is composed of a pay-off stand, main wire drawing machine, horizontal annealer, storage line tension dancer, double spool take-up machine, lubrication and  cooling system.

Application:Suitable to the wire and cable industry to draw φ8mm copper rod into φ1.2~4.5mm.

 Q： What’s the features of the LISTRONG-LHD450/13DT?

 A：As we set final die’s size through the PLC,the dies will be fully automatically showed on the monitor.

The driving motors of drawing & final capstan will synchronously controlled to gain 2% below drawing slip ratio.

The rapid dies change system doesn’t need not change all the dies in working but the final one,which saves a lot of time.

Control system:

All alarms and parameters can be controlled and displayed on a fluorescent LCD graphics screen.

Digital control for motor are available for computer operation.

Machine faults of electrical & mechanical can be shown on monitor for easier maintenance.

Transmission gears and bearings are enforced lubricant.

Ring type drawing capstans convenient for maintenance and replacement.
