Product Introduction
The horizontal and tandem construction;individual driven by motors;fast die change design;
Drawing capstans immersed lubrication and cooling can ensure high quality of wires;
The drawing machine is in sectional modular design;drawing passes can be customized;
Elongation of each die is adjustable,suitable for drawing Cu,AL,AL Alloy,etc.
Lower slip can reduce wear of capstans;problems of gear oil lubrication are reduced;Lower noise;
It can stop not running motors to save energy and increase drawing speed.
The tension feedback unit can be designed as per wire diameter,more suitable for drawing round and shaped wires.
The whole line is ethernet digital communication technology controlled.
