Structure features of Copper Wire Annealing Machine
1. It is able to continuously annealing and tinning the copper wire.
2. Either tungsten steel die or diamond die can be equipped for tinning.
3. The heat preservation device for annealing furnace is designed to keep even temperature and save power.
4. The leading roller equipped with independent variable-speed motor, speed can be adjusted steplessly.
5. Take-up machine is horizontal design, easy to dismantle.
6. The 40-head take-up machine has top and bottom two layers, is of less cubage and save space; it has two independent traversing units for winding different size of tinned wires at the same time.
