Abnormal wire breaking occurs in the wire drawing process, usually caused by the following reasons.
1.Joint is not firm
Soluations:Adjust the current, power on time and pressure of the welding machine to improve the welding quality.
2.There are impurities in the wire
Soluations:Strengthen the acceptance of raw materials.
3.Unreasonable die arrangement.
Soluations:The die is adjusted to eliminate the phenomenon of too large and too small deformation.
4.Incorrect shape of die hole or not smooth
Soluations: Repair the die strictly according to the standard. The sizing area should not be too long to ensure the finish of the die hole.
5.Too much back tension.
Soluations: Adjust the number of turns wound on the drum wheel
6.Press wire on drum wheel.
Soluations:Adjust the number of winding loops on the drum wheel to correct the worn drum wheel.
7.Bad lubrication
Inspect lubrication system and determine lubricant composition and temperature.
8.Aluminum rods are damp.
Prevent the aluminum rod from moisture, the wet aluminum rod is not used temporarily.
